What is your hourly rate?

We don’t charge by the hour. Instead, we offer a customized, annual price specifically designed for your bookkeeping needs. We will then bill you monthly (in advance) to match our efforts to your results. This approach eliminates surprises from fluctuating bills and helps you plan your cash flow effectively.

What does your proposal include?

We offer three tailored packages, each designed to address varying business needs. Your proposal will include a customized combination of services and subscriptions specifically aligned with your unique requirements.

What do you need from me to work effectively together?

To ensure smooth operations, we require:

Third-Party Read-Only Bank Access: This lets us connect your bank to QuickBooks, retrieve bank and credit card statements, and track e-transfer activity.
CRA Business Account Access: For compliance and reporting.
Access to Invoicing Software: Any tools you use to manage invoices and billing.

What if I don’t have an accountant?

No problem! We can connect you with a trusted accountant who fits your needs and can seamlessly work with your books.

Will you prepare our taxes?

No, we don’t handle personal or business tax preparation. We focus on providing accurate, well-organized books to your accountant, saving you time and money while ensuring high-quality tax preparation services.

What if I want to stop working with you?

You can cancel our services anytime by emailing us. Upon cancellation, we’ll:

Help you retrieve all your data (it’s 100% yours!).
Guide you on removing our access to your CRA account and QuickBooks.
Provide a detailed review of your books to ensure a smooth transition to your next bookkeeper.

What if my business experiences sudden growth or a downturn?

These ventures revealed her natural talent for financial management and a growth-oriented mindset. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the critical role accurate bookkeeping and financial analysis play in achieving business success.

Grazia is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs with the financial insights they need to make informed decisions and foster growth. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, hosting gatherings, and exploring creative crafts, reflecting her love for connection and creativity.

Senior Bookkeeper

Laura Percy brings over 13 years of bookkeeping expertise to the team, having joined Plan For Your Profit in January 2021. A graduate of Georgian College with honors, Laura's extensive experience spans various accounting roles, where she has honed her skills in precise and efficient financial record-keeping.

Laura is committed to helping clients streamline their financial processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and empowering them to make informed financial decisions. Her meticulous approach and dedication to accuracy make her an invaluable resource for businesses of all sizes.

When not working, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband of over 23 years, which keeps her grounded and focused in her professional life.

Hannah Baxter

Bookkeeper

Hannah Baxter joined Plan For Your Profit Inc in April 2024 and graduated from Georgian College’s Bookkeeping program in December 2024 with a program GPA of 91%. With a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial record-keeping, Hannah focuses on accurate data entry and organized financial transactions.

Her attention to detail ensures the integrity of client records, helping businesses stay on top of their finances.

An avid horseback rider and competitor in equestrian events, Hannah applies the discipline and dedication from her sport to her professional life. She is passionate about continuous learning and tailoring solutions to meet clients' needs.
